Growth

It may take broken relationships, increased anxiety or depression, life altering events, and sometimes even a cosmic 2×4 to hit us on the head to realize we no longer wish to put our time and energy into things that no longer nourish us. Our personal growth journey deserves evolving perspectives, kindness, permission to let go and taking risks if we are to transform. We were designed to feel connected to each other, and most importantly, connected to ourselves. Take the first step and take a deep breath to dig deeper into the unknown as you reach for your own light already inside you. Trees still sway in the wind although tall and strong. Lets learn to dance with whatever life blows our way so we can still enjoy the beautiful sunset after the storm.
